The playoffs begin
at the close of the regular season.
To be eligible for the playoffs, a player must shoot a minimum
of 20 games throughout the season.
The top eight(8) teams will qualify for tournament play.
In the event of a tie, the following will be used as
tiebreakers, in this order:
1.
Head-to-Head wins against all teams tied.
2.
Total points against the teams that are tied.
3.
Coin toss.
The schedule for
the playoffs will be determined by the final standings. #1 will play
#8; #2 will play #&; # will play #6; and #4 will play #5.
It is the option of the higher finishing team whether to play
home or away. It is the responsibility of the winning team to notify the
league by phone the following day with the results; furthermore it is
the responsibility of the “home” team, win or lose, to mail or
deliver the score sheet to the statistician by Saturday following the
match. The playoffs are
the best-of-five for the quarter and semi-finals.
These are played in one night.
The finals are the best-of-seven, to be played on Tuesday and
one other night that is agreeable to both teams in the same week.
